Cancellation & Modification
At Trending™, we understand plans can change. This policy explains how to cancel or modify your décor order. For help, email [email protected].
Order Cancellation
- Within 12 hours: Cancel for a full refund to the original payment method.
- After 12 hours: We’ll try our best, but cancellation isn’t guaranteed once processing begins.
- After dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery (see our Refund & Returns Policy).
Order Modification
- Address changes: Request within 12 hours of purchase.
- Item/quantity changes: Possible only before processing starts; otherwise place a new order and, if eligible, return the original after delivery.
- Gift notes/wrapping: We can add these if your order has not yet been packed.
Refunds
Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or payment provider, typically 3–10 business days after we issue the refund.
Tip: Include your Order ID, purchase email, and requested change/cancellation when contacting support for faster assistance.
