At Trending™, we proudly offer Free Worldwide Shipping on every order — no minimum required. Below are our processing times, delivery estimates, and related guidelines.

• Standard décor items: ship within 1–3 business days.
• Made-to-order / personalized: usually 5–7 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
• Confirmation is emailed at purchase; tracking is emailed once dispatched.

• United States: 3–7 business days
• Canada & Europe: 5–12 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
• Asia, Middle East & Latin America: 6–16 business days
• Africa & remote regions: 8–18 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Shipping is always free; however, international orders may incur VAT, customs duties, or brokerage fees on arrival. These charges are set by local authorities and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Use the tracking link in your dispatch email or visit our Order Tracking page with your order number and billing email.

Lost / Damaged Parcels

• If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find the parcel, check with neighbors/building management and contact the carrier.
• For damage or missing items, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
• Claims are reviewed alongside carrier investigations and Trending™ policies.

Shipping Restrictions

• Certain oversized or restricted items may be unavailable for some destinations.
• We may cancel and refund orders to unsupported regions if needed.
