These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services provided by Trending™ (the “Site”). By accessing or purchasing from the Site, you agree to these Terms and all linked policies.

1) Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place orders.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities under your account.
• We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders for misuse, fraud, or policy violations.

2) Orders, Pricing & Availability

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase the items in your cart at the prices, taxes, and shipping terms shown at checkout.
• Prices/promotions/availability may change without notice. We may correct errors (including pricing/typography) before or after submission.
• In rare cases (stockouts/quality checks), we may cancel and refund your order or offer alternatives.
• Discount codes are non-transferable, may have additional terms, and are not redeemable for cash.

3) Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed in 1–3 business days; made-to-order items may require 5–7 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. See our Shipping Policy and track your order on the Order Tracking page.

International shipments may incur VAT, customs duties, or brokerage fees set by local authorities and payable by the recipient.

4) Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted on eligible items within 30 days of delivery in unused condition with original packaging. Personalized/final-sale items are non-returnable unless defective. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy for instructions and exclusions.

5) Product Characteristics

Trending™ décor pieces are crafted with care. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur and are not considered defects. Colors may appear differently across screens and natural materials.

6) Intellectual Property

All Site content—including text, designs, photos, logos, product names, and software—is owned by Trending™ or its licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent. If you believe your rights are infringed, submit a claim via our Intellectual Property Claim or DMCA page.

7) User Content & Reviews

• By submitting reviews/photos/UGC, you grant Trending™ a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Site and marketing.
• You represent that your content is accurate, lawful, and non-infringing. We may moderate or remove inappropriate content.

8) Prohibited Activities

• Unlawful use, including fraud, harassment, counterfeiting, or IP infringement.
• Interfering with security, attempting unauthorized access, or scraping the Site.
• Posting spam or misleading claims about Trending™ products.

9) Warranties Disclaimer

Except as required by law, the Site and products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trending™ and its officers, employees, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits/revenues arising from your use of the Site or purchases. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trending™ from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or infringement of rights.

12) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws where Trending™ operates. Where permitted, disputes will be resolved by courts with proper jurisdiction where we are located or where you reside. Both parties will first attempt good-faith resolution.

13) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The “Last updated” date below shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
