1. Order Cancellation

At OwlTrending™, we begin processing your order as soon as it is placed to ensure timely delivery.

• You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing us at [email protected].
• If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it.

2. Order Modifications

If you need to change your shipping address, product variant, or contact details, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

• Send your request to [email protected] with your order number and updated information.
• We cannot guarantee modifications after the 12-hour window.

3. Exceptions

Because our vases are made-to-order or fulfilled by artisans with limited stock, cancellations and changes are not always guaranteed.
