• Handcrafted ceramic vases may require additional time due to careful packaging.

3. Shipping Timeframes

• United States: 5–10 business days
• Canada, UK, EU: 7–14 business days
• Other Countries: 10–20 business days (varies by location)

4. Shipping Fees

• United States: Free Shipping on all orders
• International: Calculated at checkout based on location and weight

5. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please email us within 7 days at [email protected] with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will assist with a replacement or refund as needed.
