1. 30-Day Return Guarantee
We want you to love your OwlTrending™ vase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility Conditions
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Customized or final-sale items cannot be returned unless damaged.
- Return requests must include your order number and reason for return.
3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirmation.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost.
